Our birth doulas will meet with you 2 times prenatally to get to know you and to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. These meetings are usually 1-2 hours long and take place at your location. You can text or email your doula at any time with questions or to ask for resources. Your doula is available 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth. When labor begins, contact your doula for continuous support at home or the hospital. Your doula will assist with the first feeding and stay until you're ready for privacy. A postpartum follow-up home visit will be scheduled within 7-10 days after birth.
Postpartum Doulas will meet with you for one prenatal meeting which usually lasts 1-2 hours to set goals, get to know each other, and build your relationship.
